The refer-a-friend process is really easy- but there are a few important T&Cs to read.

• To refer a friend, you must fill in the refer a friend form on our website
• To refer a friend, you must be registered with Hive Healthcare and have worked within the last 12 months.
• You must have permission from the friend you are referring before you submit.
• There are no restrictions to the number of referrals you can make. It is limitless!
• We can only accept referrals for friends who are already working or eligible to work in the UK.
• Direct contact from a friend or applying directly yourself does not count as a referral
• Friends already registered with Hive Healthcare cannot be referred.
• Friends who have applied directly to Hive Healthcare within the last 12 months cannot be referred.
• If more than one person refers the same friend, the referral form submitted first will receive the bonus. Payments cannot be split or shared.
• Bonus will only be paid once the friend referred works 150 hours. Shifts must be completed within six months of registration.
• If you end your registration with Hive Healthcare before the friend you referred completes their required hours, you will forfeit the payment.
• The referred friend will be reviewed against our recruitment process to assess their experience and suitability. No payments will be made for friends who do not meet our criteria or fail to complete the registration process.
• Under the Data Protection Act 2018, you confirm that you understand Hive Healthcare cannot release any information regarding the referred friend’s application or registration status. Hive Healthcare can only confirm the number of hours worked in relation to when the bonus will be paid.
• All bonuses are subject to tax deduction. They are also non-transferable.
• Hive Healthcare have the right to vary the terms and conditions of this offer at any time, at our discretion.
• Hive Healthcare reserves the right to reject claims if all terms and conditions have not been met.
• Hive Healthcare reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time and is under no obligation to inform candidates or provide a replacement offer.
• In the event of any despite, the final decision lies with the directors of Hive Healthcare who are not obligated to disclose the reason for their decision.
