This is our first year of formal carbon reporting. Future emissions will be measured and reduced against this baseline

Current Emissions Reporting

• Scope 1: 4.8 tCO₂e
• Scope 2: 2.9 tCO₂e
• Scope 3: 17.3 tCO₂e
• Total to Date: 25.0 tCO₂e

To achieve Net Zero by 2050, we have set the following interim targets:

• By 2030: 50% reduction in total emissions compared to 2024 baseline
• By 2040: 90% reduction
• By 2050: Achieve Net Zero (remaining emissions offset)

We are actively implementing a number of carbon reduction initiatives, including:

• Shift to renewable energy providers for all office spaces
• Transition company vehicles to electric/hybrid
• Promote remote work and virtual meetings to cut travel
• Adopt energy-efficient lighting, equipment, and HVAC systems
• Implement digital-first processes to reduce paper and resource use

• Achieve 100% use of green suppliers in our supply chain
• Transition to fully paperless operations
• Further reduce commuting impact through incentives and green travel options

• Offset any residual emissions using verified carbon offset schemes
• Invest in low-carbon innovations and technologies
• Collaborate with clients and partners on joint sustainability goals

This Carbon Reduction Plan has been approved by the executive leadership of Hive Healthcare and will be reviewed annually.
